CLIMATE ACTION

Goal 13:Sustainable Development Goal 13 (Goal 13 or Global Goal 13) on climate action, one of the 17 sustainable development goals set by the United Nations in 2015. The official wording is “Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.” The goal has targets that must be achieved by 2030. Progress towards the goals is measured by indicators. The decade 2010-2019 was the warmest decade in history. Climate change is currently affecting the global community in every country in the world. Its impact includes not only national economies but also lives and livelihoods, especially those in vulnerable conditions.
